Tell her that if she still wants to go out, then you're very much interested in her. If she isn't satisfied with the way you act, then she just doesn't like you. You can change a little for your love, but if she's willing to dump you after the first date because you didn't look at her enough...

It wasn't that, she was actually very tolerant of that, but it was a few weeks of that and looking as if I was intentionally ignoring her but actually just being straight up damned nervous about the whole thing.
