Simple question, why is it illegal? Pathetic? Quite possibly, but why should it be something which is made illegal. Make it legal and regulated, well not only have you got more clean women on your hands (lel) there's money to be made I mean just look at how big the porn industry is, you'd be a fool to thing there isn't economic gain from this., and it's quite possibly the incident rate of murder and ra­pe will decrease.
