(I'm using Firefox)
I've had this happen twice now (That I've noticed). I think it happens when I edit a post that has apostrophe's. Here are a couple examples.

Anybody experiencing this?

This is why i never use apostrophes. Theyre just too risky.

The only way to avoid it is to act like you are writing a paper for school or report for work. No contractions, no apostrophes!

We need moar tools in the compose window. Find & Replace? Allow me to replace ' with '

Well I'm sure it's because it's stupid and doesn't like to have it's hair brushed. I'm typing a sentence with a lot of apostrophes to see if I get the problem as well. It's, I'm, I'd, I'll, we'll, doesn't, wouldn't, couldn't, shouldn't, and I'm done.

I've grown quite partial to it. I feel it should not be fixed.

I was making a long list of links for a post and was doing it one at a time. All the 's in the urls were turning into &amp#39;s which was very annoying. Luckily for me, that didn't affect the urls at all. I have noticed the problem, and it is quite annoying.

Edited by Malfar: 2/3/2013 5:01:47 AMA work around is to cancel your edit when you notice the bug, when you edit again the post will be properly formated. Edit->Save->Edit to reproduce, ->Cancel->Edit to fix.
