I don't think we can say that as it doesn't really kick in until next year. So far the only things that have kicked in is teh pre-existing condition exemption and the ability to keep a child on your healthcare until 23.

The entire funding system began this year, i.e. taxes to pay for it. Taxes on wage income above 250k for joint filers goes up 1%. Unearned income above 250k for joint filers gets hit by an additional 3.8%. And some of the deductions are eliminated or have higher thresholds. Basically this year we prefund the system. By next year everyone is required to have insurance.
