• And the PC community gets fracked over yet again. Lets review. No Co-op. Online or otherwise. Vista only. Not because of graphics, but for online Live Multiplayer. We have to pay for online multiplayer, for a PC platform FPS. No Co-op AUTO AIM. ON A PC SHOOTER. CONGRATULATIONS, YOU JUST BECAME THE LAUGHINGSTOCK OF THE PC SHOOTER COMMUNITY. EXPECT NO ONE OUTSIDE A RABID FANBOY TO EVER TAKE YOU SERIOUSLY AGAIN. Editing still using that horrific abortion of the HEK. I was a web developer for 7 years. I was part of the beta team for the very first version of InterDev. I was part of the beta team for the first generation of a MS studio development tool, and HEK is till the worst toolset I've ever tortured myself trying to use. What happened to the promises of an UnrealEd quality edition suite? Hopefull the makers of things like dotHalo and HMT will make Halo 2 versions of their tools. No new weapons or vehicles. Hell, even Halo PC managed that, and it's easily the worst mainstream FPS port of all time. No Co-op Game is Vista only, but has no DX10 features, meaning that the only reason it's Vista only is to screw you over with having to pay for online MP. No custom Single Player. What. The. Frak. Meh, like that won't be hacked withing 15 seconds anyway. WHy the hell not? I can't think of a single reason not to allow us to edit the SP campaign, and many many good reasons to do so. Are your egos' that fraking fragile you're afraid some modder will top you? Well, I guess you should have reason.... Dedicated servers are managed through the command line. What is this, 1997? Does Bungie have an internal team that spends all it's time sitting around trying to think of ways to make the game a failure on the PC platform, because if I wanted the game to flop in the PC market, this is exactly what I would have done. [ghetto edit]Oh Frack, I completely missed that part about the netcode. This will probably be a worse failure than Halo PC was. [Edited on 11/10/2006]
