Johnson was able to survive Flood infestation because of his being an S1, but for some reason ONI sec 0 doesn't want this to be known, hence the 'Paris/BS' (aka Paris IV/Boren's Syndrome) spoof sent to Halsey as an explanation when she tries to pull his records onboard the Gettysburg. 2. he assassinated Jerald Ander on Harvest in Operation: KALEIDOSCOPE, as the Graphic Novel shows. 3. there were the Spartans of Sparta, the Spartan-Is of Project ORION, and the Spartan-IIs of, you guessed it, the S-II program. 4. the designators like Alpha Juliet Juliet, Charlie Hotel, and Juliet Alpha refer to names, like Avery Junior Johnson, Catherine Halsey, and James Ackerson. 5. the Graphic Novel refers to 'ilovebees' when it says that Sierra (possibly the character Standish) was executed for killing Colonel Herzog during ILB. now if only we could figure who and what are Golf and MISRIAH...
