There never was a Spartan 1 project in the Halo universe!
The Spartan 1's were the oriignal Spartans that existed centuries ago in our time, where the hell did you think Dr. Hasley came up with the name Spartan?!
Ilovebees, which may be canon now, says that there was Spartan Is. Also, there is this quote from The Flood:
In order to deal with increasing civil turmoil the Colonial Military Administration had secretly launched Project ORION back in 2491. The purpose of the program was to develop super soldiers codenamed “Spartans,” who would receive special training and physical augmentation.
The Initial effort was successful, and in 2517 a new group of Spartans , the II-series, had been selected as the new generation of supersoldier.

At first glance, it looks like another basic hash command. The difference, however, is the get, BLK, RPUT, and PUT commands issued. Halsey attempts to get the file, but hunter issues the BLK command. RPUT stands for Recursive Put, which is essentially a redirect to a directory or file. This means that hunter is substituting the new file with the PUT command for the file Halsey was really after on the next time Halsey issues the get command.
That's what I concluded too. Hunter substituted Johnson's record for something else. Sorry about the incorrectly typed addresses. I'll go fix them.
