NBA player Gilbert Arenas cheating at Halo 3

Look at all his games that he gets 1st place in. He joins up with a friend and has his other account quit out so he gets 1st place every time. How can this be allowed?

We know there are tons of cheaters out there and we know that all the matters is if we can beat them or not. The fact is the cheatee in this situation is an upstanding person in the MLG community and a HIGHLY paid NBA player at that, it's kind of a big deal.
