Should the grandmother be charged with child endangerment?
Haha nope. The child was never in danger. You cannot overdose on marijuana. This story only gets bad rep because of the bad rep that marijuana has. Surely if the kid got into chew able vitamins because they tasted good nobody would be charged, it would just be an accident. But because medical marijuana is involved this is automatically "endangerment" even though the cookies were tucked away in the garage fridge.

Seriously? There are a million things more dangerous the kid could have done, he was never in any harm. The grandma was incredibly irresponsible leaving him unsupervised, but I think the real problem is the parents, who should teach their children not to get into things they shouldn't.
