Heroism
I have read the books, I have played the games; masterchief fights nonstop at halo with almost no rest. for a week. Not a single time do you hear:
marine: where you going?
MC: the toilet.
(or something similar..)
how can he even survive not eating? or sleeping? post your thoughts.

Well, for the sleep deprivation, it's stimulants (drugs). You read about Chief constantly injecting himself with stimulants to keep himself awake. I don't think he ate much. It's likely that he goes to the washroom, even if it isn't mentioned. :-)
