I'm a girl who plays Halo a lot. Do guys hate chicks playing?
I play HALO a lot and I am pretty good or okay, And sometimes guys are pretty nice, welcoming, or cool with me. But some guys get all crazy and Hostile, What's up? GSXRK6 gamertag

i like seeing girls that play well...because not many do but there was this one girl in a game...she was worse then any little kid i've ever played with singing and screaming the entire game and when we told her to shut up she said why ? cause im a girl as long as your not like that its fine lol

Unless the player comes out and actually says that she is a girl, it is sometimes difficult to distinguish between a boy or a girl (so many blam! little kids!).

The only part that sucks is that most girls are afraid to talk on live. It is understandable because of the amount of jags that will start saying dumb crap when a girl talks, but its hard on people who like to play the game with some sense of strategy. Like for instance, I think I played a slayer game with 3 other girls once, and they didn't say a word. "Wheres the sniper at? who has rockets? Where is everyone?" No answer. This seems to happen more times than not. If the girl is in a group with people she knows, then they talk more. So girls, if you are afraid to speak up, find a bunch of non-jag players to play with.

Some snipers are so talented that they can turn the battle around in a few headshots. If you're complaining about people that are good at sniping, then maybe you just always get your blam! kicked by them and naturally say something bad about them. Really, I don't see the point of this thread. Most people don't care who plays the game, as long as they're fun to play with. We've all had our matches with ignorant people and/or little boys (very annoying), but that shouldn't discourage anyone from having fun. Normally I'd say that all gaming girls are hot......but I've had my share of disappointments in the past.

Girls are just as equal as guys. I dont even care if they suck my girlfriend and my sister play and its awesome. I just wish there were more and more girls that played on matchmaking. Guys just dont have that respect. When they think girls they automatically think they suck just because its just not a normal thing for a girl to play games. So they think girls arent as good as men themselves. But its a really cool thing that girls are in our gaming community. Ill have to play with you sometime with my girlfriend or something.

heck no I love it when girls play. Girls are really fun to talk to and stuff, I mean I love it when my girl friend plays co-op with me, just another thing that is fun that me and her both enjoy.

All the girls I know and have played with and/or against are around the medium skill level, so they don't get to play in all our reindeer games. By the way, because many females boost their ranks by grouping with much higher skilled male friends then themselves, many guys have low expectations of you(which in my opinion, is commonly fitting).

I'm good friends with a girl I met on Gears. We play together a lot and I actually look forward to playing with her due to her personality which I like to call "Competitively Cute" She's got the stereo-typical hyper-active cuteness vibe but she's extremely competitive to the point of being scary... but it kind of a mis-match. I guess what I'm trying to say is that I enjoy playing with girls.
