all this info taking is making me very nervous that they don't know what the heck to do to fix this....if that's the case, I'm going to return this sucker for sure. Gamings been hard on me lately as a fan....First the Half Life code theft, then Halo comes out and it looks like I'm playing it thru 1.5 power binoculars on a TV I picked up specifically for Halo2 and Metroid Prime. It's always something.... How this kind of thing got let out the door is beyond me....maybe that HUD guy should have spent a little less time being interviewed for multiplayer documentries and some more time spent on making sure his HUD actually fit on the darn screen. He needs to get docked a weeks salary for this blunder.... This is a game-killing issue (IMHO) and it needs to be resolved....thanks to Bungie for making this s sticky, instead of burying the issue and saying all is well. If they say this is something we have to live with, then I'm done with them, period...not that you or they probably care. They have their 125 million, and I have an ugly distorted image on my only TV. I'm so irritated with all this that I can't even watch that collector's dvd that came with it....I remember a quote from the multiplayer doc, one guy said that ...."blah...blah...blah if this works, we'll be considered gods." SO much for that one. Ego much, btw? Sorry, I've had a bad day at work and I'm venting and this rant was theraputic...so don't flame me too hard, eh. I'm a good guy at heart. For real though, I'm not saying anything here that I'm not hearing from friends all over the country....this is what's being talked about, not how badass Halo2 is. That's a shame and a sad day for gamers who have a bit of $$$ and a desire for a clean 480p picture. Good luck Bungie and here's to a quick and painless fix for this issue.
