Hello all, new and old to Laser War. This is our newest one Laser War: Decadence (A process, condition, or period of deterioration or decline, as in morals or art; decay). The rules are the same as before: 1. No instant armies, (this rule is excempt for those who still had a army in the previous war) 2. No instant kills on player characters. 3. Give the other players a chance in combat. 4. Be serious, this is a plot oriented game. This Laser War is set 26 years after the events in the previous one, the war rages on between the Imperium and the Dark Army. Many have died, in this war... The Imperium has been fought back to a few systems and the homeplanet. But they are persistant and fight to the bitter end. Resistance groups have mounted offensives on occupied worlds.
