Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas scores...IGN: 9.9 Gamespot: 9.6
I think we have the undeniable champ of the PS2 for the year of 2004...Snake Eater can probably come close, but it does not have nearly the amount of hype as GTA.
Can Halo 2 hope to match? Of course.
