And yes this is a Halo 3 question thats why I posted it here.
Just wondering from the first Halo when they had fall damage, vs the Halo 2 where they didnt.
And in halo 3 in the beta I cant remember.
But exactly how high can they jump?
I mean I remember reading in the books about they where faster, and stronger but I cant remember
numbers.

There was no fall damage in beta, but there was a certain height that if you got up to, you'd die, like in Tombstone in H2.
-
About as high as my -blam!- is long. Maybe not quite that high, but anywhere within a mile of that distance.

-
High enough to dunk. On a 15 foot rim.
-
as high as his commanding officer tells hhim to jump
-
His armour gives him the ability to jump higher and move ALOT faster than an average human. They tried MJOLNIR on ODST first, and the suit actually killed them, breaking all the bones in their body because every slight movement was amplified greatly. [Edited on 09.12.2007 9:13 PM PDT]

He can jump over a spartan, which is about 7ft tall...or more, I forgot. So we're looking at a 8ft jump here.

3 meters easy

I think in the Prologue of Fall of Reach they jump a clean 3 metres?
-
Well I just wanted some facts I got like over 1000 pictures of Halo 1, 2, and 3 and was making a slide show movie thing and I wanted some facts on there. Are atleast in the general area of whats assumed. Showing how the game has progressed, and stuff. Believe it or not there are people who have never played Halo and I thought this would be kind of neat to do for some people I knew who had never played the games before. Got most of the histroy down and Was just looking for some numbers though.

Quick Question: Why do you care?
-
Well you know they can lift like 2 tons in the suit so you figure if they can lift that much, they should be able to jump pretty high. I just remembered though Spartans are almost seven feet, and you cant jump straight over a spartans with out clicking in thumbstick to bring your legs up, so its not even Seven feet ehh?
-
over 9000mm
-
It was like a 6 foot jump or something from a standstill, which is really high.
-
offically i think its way to high to be human much less a human wearing a half ton of armor
-
I don't know, but fall damage in Halo (dieing while in mid-fall) sucks and screws me over when I used to play Halo: Custom Edition
