Ok, so I need help. I want to get my old service records to transfer over to my new bungie.net account/gamertag/Windows ID. It was first set up under gamertag "Shredderman", an old e-mail address for the WID, and the WID was also used to log into bungie.net. I switched the WID to the new e-mail address I use now and it successfully transfered Shredderman's service record over. However, I also changed the gamertag of my character to "Swords761". The service record still belongs to gamertag "Shredderman" when you search it on here, and no data appears under "Swords761". Does anyone know how to get that data to transfer over, or if it's not possible to do so? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
