too me the ranking system depends on your losses and wins for every lost you've had you must make up in that playlist so when say starting a new account u should try to win straight games in ranked playlist becuase you will rank maybe every game as in the early ranks 1-25 as he explained say you lost more games in that playlist the won games you must make all teh games you lost like in Lw wich i say is a very hard way be come a 50 general in im a 46 it is the most difficult playlist but as in doubles i seem to rank up very fast my rank was higher then the exp i had in doubles as i remeber it was a 38 in doubles within the range of high 30's lest then the rank itself. this is without BOOSTING. But when it comes to boosting say your level on your last account in a 40-45 if you beat high ranks as in partied up with other players like 40's when your just starting out in halo will cuase you to infact skip ranks like maybe 2-3 depends at what rank like 1-25 but it wont happen that much in higher ranks but if your good your good keep your head down, dont rush ,and concentrate on the game your good.by the way in doubles teamwork is key unless your really good and your survive 2 br's shooting at the back of your head then your ok
