So I'm pretty sure I understand all of this for the most part. But I'm still a little confused as to why it's putting me against people that are tremendously better in both actual rank and obvious real skill than I am... See in the beginning I used to win all my matches, even carrying my team a lot. So, as you said, i leveled rather quickly. Then when I got to about 30 as my highest skill rank, and a major as my social rank, it suddenly started to put me up against teams of full generals and/or brigadiers, everyone having played a total of 3000+ games on top of my 370. So now I find myself to be dragging my team down or getting third at best. However, sometimes the ridiculously good people are also on my team and we end up winning the match because of them. So is that why, even though I'm sucking hardcore and losing more than winning, it still pits me against people who are clearly better than I am? Honestly, it can be quite frustrating....can I just lose a bunch of matches or something?
