[/quote] is true skill part of xbox live, meaning it takes wins and losses from all games you have played online, or is it part of halo 3? because you said true skill is a a rating system for xbox live, and that halo 3 has a version of it. so does this mean you could have a true skill even if you have never played halo 3, but have played another game, such as GTA 4, CoD 4, Forza, etc. online.
