I hate to sound stupid, but i honestly did not understand one bit of this. Is there like any easier way to explain this? And also, I need this cleared up. How quickly your rank up, is it like based somehow on your how much exp you have? Like I am a 49 brigadier, and I was playing with a 49 major. We both got our 49's at the exact same time, and he got his 50 first. And I still can't get my 50 :(.
