And whom may this ACHRONOS be, ?
Is ACHRONOS a bungie employee ?
Where did ACHRONOS get this information ?
Or is this indeed all hearsay ?

All i see is FRANKIE, i dont see any ACHRONOS
He is a Bungie employee, one of the webmasters of this site and often times a go-between between the forums and the actual Bungie employees who designed the game.

If you suddenly developed a whole new level of headshot ability, for example you’d find that your skill level would rise commensurately.
You put a link to this info in this thread a couple times. I am guessing you are taking this line and deducing it means the system is looking for headshots and giving you credit based on them. It's been stated that Frankie was referring to a general increase in your skill resulting in more WINS. Not that the system is judging you stats like headshots, K/D ratio or even needler kills.
If you cannot be convinced - fine. Just don't try to confuse other people reading this thread by stating otherwise. Winning against higher skilled people consistently is what the system uses to rank you up.
Also, your theories and reasons about raising the cap above 50 are bunk. I am not going to quote and reply to each one cause this thread is not about that. It's about explaining how the system currently works. I would suggest you make another thread about raising the cap above 50. You and others can then discuss that without cluttering up this thread.
