its suppose to rate your skill level not just rank you up because you win, if you win against 17's and your really a 20 then it shouldnt be a big thing to beat 17's thats expected. but if you lose a couple of games against 23's or so no big deal you dont go down but obviously your not as good as them so you most likely wont move up very fast if at all. i really dont understand why people are confused about this its very simple and fairly accurate. also with the case of those guys that have won 137-0. well i'm not impressed because they are also playing what 14's??? i could win every game against 14's and thats if i had morons on my team. they shouldve lost a couple early off and they would be leaping by 4 lvls at a time. that doesnt mean they should be any higher than 40 if your a 40 and cant win every game against 14's then who cares. they will move up eventually they have to but most people lose a couple games even against bad ranks especially when u first start unless thats a new account. maybe the system thinks they are cheating if they never lose??? and maybe they are cheating i've not ran into anybody that was good that hasnt lost so something is fishy i can see 2.5 ratio if your starting new account and your already good but i won a ton of games when i first started along with my friends and we moved up fast and we didnt play always together and the friends that werent as good amazingly didnt move up that fast at all and we knew they werent good and they were mad about it but its fairly accurate if you arent moving up practice in social get better and come back
