Need help finding text to speech program with Cats' voice from Zero Wing.
I'm trying to find either an add-on to my text to speech windows default thing, or a program that can do text to speech with one of the selectable voices sounding like Cats from Zero Wing. (The "All your base are belong to us." guy.)
Anybody have a clue where I could find one?
