[/quote] I would have to say that weapon would be a nuclear-like device that would, when detonated, would spread out a chemical that makes it's way into the brain of every human on earth and poisons the cells that have been infected with the virus. If no cells were found, there would be no effect on that person, but they could choose to have a superpower of their choice, as long as it doesn't involve zombies, seeing as how the chemical is inside the atmosphere already and would kill the zombies in an instant.
