However, it wasn't until I played Halo:ODST with it's detective styled campaign and amazing OST did I truly enter "Halo fandom". For me, gaming is a means to entering worlds that are unattainable in our reality. Piloting a X-wing star cruiser and destroying key Imperial positions was all a 7 year old Star Wars fan could ask for.
