Horrible Idea... Giving Recon for the Vidmaster achievements. That totally takes away from what Recon is. Remember the Sword from Halo 1, and how you could see it but never hold it? Once they put it in Halo 2, having to use it felt wrong. The people that have Recon currently, deserved it. They deserved to wear it. Each of them did something that made Bungie notice. Once the new maps come out, no one will stand out. It'll be like when the Hayabusa was first unlocked. Everyone wore it. Made it boring. And if you're thinking that I have Recon armor, think again. Mark V all the way.
For some reason I also have the phrase "Achievement Booster" in mind.

wow its gunna be hayabusa V2
There they go making sick armor and booom, EVERYBODY uses it so its nothing special. I also doubt im going to use it because everybody in the halo community will pull an arby n the chief OMG OMG OMG guys look i are haz recon armorZz. so then nobody likes it
Don't get your panties in a bunch. Armor permutations don't matter at all in the game, they're just extras. They aren't a fashion statement and they don't make you cool.
I'm personally glad that they're going to make it possible for everyone to get that wretched armor so this community of 8 year olds will finally shut up about it. To be honest, I'm sure that was Bungie's point of making it available to all.
Thank you, Bungie.
Who cares about the 8 year olds. The game's Rated M.
