I swear I've seen the bubble shield clip before...... The editing shows a lot of competence with the tools, I'll give you that. It was also much more tastefully done than in many montages I have seen but; I find that a lot of it was unnessary. Black bars at the top and bottom... Why? Edited bullet flying through the air.... why? Title, credits, and post-credit sequence that took up nearly half the video... why? Then, the gameplay seemed a bit stale: Snipe, stick, snipe, stick, br, snipe. I've seen all of this sort of stuff before. I've occasionally managed to [i]do[/i] stuff like that before. Plus its largely on the same map, in the same areas. Don't people ever move? Its just... there are loads more maps, loads more areas of the map, loads more weapons and even [i]vehicles[/i] that are hardly ever seen in montages anymore. Ok granted, these complaints I have aren't specifically targeted at you, but modern Halo "montages" in general. They're getting very samey for me. I haven't seen a montage that just made me go "WOW!" in years. Perhaps I'm just completely jaded. Take from that what you will. Its just my opinion after all. Also, calling your [i]own[/i] editing "amazing"? Not cool IMHO.
