•
Posted by: CrazzySnipe55
Posted by: BR131 This thread is full of two kinds of people: 1. People who know who he is and know that he is gonna help. 2. People who just see "MLG guy hired to change game" and complain about stuff they know nothing about. /fact
Should they start hiring all their employees based on whether or not they have good YouTube videos? How do you know he's going to help? You don't know him. You've probably seen his YouTube videos but you don't know him in the slightest and to even pretend that you know him enough to say he'll be a good hire, especially when he has no prior experience in the gaming industry from what I gather, is pants-on-head retarded. ©
His youtube videos have nothing to do with his hiring. His knowledge of the gameplay flow and balance in Halo is what got him hired. The videos are simply a product of the knowledge. Like I said, the programmers only know so much about how the game can be properly played, which is why Halo 4 is on the verge of too broken to play. So what do they do? They bring in a community guy who has a ton of experience in every Halo online to help fix what they created. Besides, he's not going to single handedly change the entirety of Halo. He's part of a team that's part of a company. There is a chain of command.
