Did a little research on Bravo's new job
343 Industries is looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for creating and perfecting online multiplayer experiences. The qualified candidate will be responsible for working with an existing design and sustain team to help maintain and support Halo's existing multiplayer experiences, as well as the future implementation of new experiences. Additional responsibilities include hopper management and synthesizing community feedback and player data to inform gameplay recommendations. As a member of the Sustainment Team, you will get to interface with community members, designers, Franchise Management and test teams, so legendary communication and organizational skills are a must.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Sustainment Team to maintain multiplayer experiences by recommending optimizations based on community feedback and player data
- Work across several additional teams to ensure quality
- Provide regular formal and informal matchmaking updates to the community across multiple channels
- Maintain a healthy relationship with the community and its varied subsets
- Represent Halo and 343 at community and industry events

Posted by: BR131 This thread is full of two kinds of people: 1. People who know who he is and know that he is gonna help. 2. People who just see "MLG guy hired to change game" and complain about stuff they know nothing about. /fact
Should they start hiring all their employees based on whether or not they have good YouTube videos? How do you know he's going to help? You don't know him. You've probably seen his YouTube videos but you don't know him in the slightest and to even pretend that you know him enough to say he'll be a good hire, especially when he has no prior experience in the gaming industry from what I gather, is pants-on-head retarded. ©
