http://www.the-orb.net/latwords.html A good list of Latin translations. Doesn't help much with context or grammer. "I condemn those whom I trample." -Very "quotish" and true of many online players. "He who tramples the condemned." -A term used to describe a bull elephant set loose in a crowded prison yard.

It's pretty appropriate, considering how Bungie is bringing a better sense of balance to the new game.

I apologize for offending your Bungie religion, but I assure you that this is not an attack at Bungie. If didn't think Bungie was amazing I wouldn't be wasting my time on these forums. I was just really curious about the quote. And thanks to a friend realized it was a mistake. Apparently what the quote should have been is: "eum quemnam propero damno" But liek you said...no matter what it is, its a good quote nonetheless.
