what do these actually do? ive had many people/teams saying there going to file complaint me.
What do file complaints actually do?

Well if you're not doing anything wrong don't worry about it. And don't talk to the other team it saves alot of aggrivation. The only thing to worry about is if you have a bad connection and lag all the time people will think you're cheating.
