People may have unique jobs/done cool things which can make interesting discussion.
How should we approach this?
Should a user PM a mod with proof and then have a mod edit the thread saying it is "confirmed"?

I lock all AMA threads I come across here. They do not remain on-topic, are often flamebait, are rarely interesting, and nearly always spawn parody threads. Reddit's format is FAR better suited to AMA threads than this forum. So the procedure for AMA threads is don't post them.
