I remember at a Halofest Q and A session, someone asked the bald dude (I forgot his name lololol) about what's going to happen to the modding community. His response was something along the lines of saying that mods are best on the PC, and Halo is and will be a primarily console oriented series. He pretty much swatted the idea down.
