Sooo... Yeah, I'm a little curios, was it rated M or T?
Or were the current ratings even around back then?

The only one with an official rating is Marathon 2, which was rated M. We can only assume that the other two would have been rated M as well, seeing as the violence/blood/gore/etc. is the same as M2.
