Quick MLG slang question

Hey, i frequently hear Puckett or Sundance call a player "Clutch", or while commentating they would say "that was a clutch play". What do they mean by this? Thanks alot.

Anything that requires skill, or isnt very common to happen. Usually something followed by praise. I've never personally heard it used though
