I'm just blown away!!! This was done by Microsoft so that the attention would remain on current titles coming out this year. Halo is a console killer.. even killing all other games for its own console. It stops sales for other games, cause it sales so much, and rightfully so. And Microsoft figured.. lets save the new Halo for next year, and make all the money we can from titles like Gears of War and Fable 2. I respect that they are being smart but there is no way in hell they should have backed out at the last minute like that. I could see them not saying anything at all but they obviously gave Bungie the green light to say a rumor, but then at the last moment they held back? Bungie, we know its not your fault, for real. Please keep at it. I don't even need to ask you guys to do all you can to get this information revealed. It's not about the money to Bungie. It's about the game. Keep it going, my friends. Whatever you have in store for us, I know it'll be great.
