In Skyrim right now, I've decided that I will never fast travel on this character, so that quest lines (like the Civil war quest line) don't feel like they were over in an in game day, and to actually see the whole world that Bethesda created.

She doesn't -blam!-ing die.[/quote] For one it's actually a he (weird I know, but look it up), and two, he can, but he respawns. I do prefer him though to the crap horse in Dawnguard, as Shadowmere will actually defend you. But traveling by werewolf is so badass.
