Ok so this post will be my first, and most likely last, since lukems and the rest of bungie are little girls and will ban me/delete my post. so i'll get right to it. i dont understand why the BR isn't hitscan. Even in real life, at what point do you have to lead rifle shots? And that's in the present, not the year 2600 or whatever it is in Halo. I'm sure there'd be some advancements that would make these bullets travel faster and more accurately. The new, "broken" BR is more noob-friendly, which is perfect for guys like those that work at Bungie. It seems impossible to me that people that MADE the game aren't even good at it. The idea that the BR's spread is more "realistic" is one of the dumbest I've ever heard. Bullets from a high-powered, futuristic weapon shouldn't just DISAPPEAR. Nor should they have any delay between when they leave the gun and when they connect with their target.
The more important issue at hand is the incredible immaturity that Bungie has been showing lately. I mean, if you're making so much money at a huge company, why are you taking the time to find people (ie, dan91bauer) and singling them out on your "wahmbulance" section? It seems like your time could be better spent doing something worthwhile, like say, removing power drainers from SWAT. Or actually fixing your spastic BR.
So, Lukems and the rest of Bungie, as soon as you grow up and fix your game, let me know.
