If you want good feedback, have a direct feedback submission method: I don't want to scroll through countless pages of inane banter to find out if others have similar experiences or opinions. I just want to make sure Bungie receives my issue - whether its a repeat or not, it shouldn't take much time for a reviewer to say "oh, I've seen this before, I'll label it as 'issue xyz' and move on". We know you won't be fixing everything over the next two weeks (maybe network issues), so its our view that you have time to get through these. This will also help Bungie employees - less employees will have to scrounge through the forums looking for new topics. Submission queue issues can be sorted/tagged - when an employee reviews a submission, they can tag them with keywords or add them to 'similar to xyz' queues that can be reviewed separately by the engineer/developer who is responsible for those issues. I don't know how Bungie is sorting through the forums and making sure the right people get the feedback, but I think it's probably not as effective as it could be. Lastly, I'm a software engineer for Boeing/NASA (you could hire me to do this); we have web-based issue resolution tools that track reports from our reviewers and tracks engineering notes (stores everything in a searchable/sortable database). If we relied on forums for this type of tracking, it would take us months to comb through and figure out what is an acceptable issue and what we can reject as either not possible or not a sane response: One recent reviewer tried to tell me that the unsigned integer value of 255 could be represented by 4 bits, I responded with a 2 page, single spaced, white paper on [2^N]-1, my manager didn't appreciate that very much).
