I haven't downloaded synapse on my new comp because synapse is sooooo -blam!-. For me it caused more problems than benefits on my laptop. Really synapse is just an annoyance. My blackwidow came with a scratch inside the clear plastic with the razer logo at the bottom. A month ago my imperator went into bootloader mode by itself, which I was fortunately able to fix. razer stuff is just soooo bad quality it doesn't last.
