It seems to have a couple features that are coming from the same direction as "COD", but that doesn't mean it will play at all like COD. Halo and COD have very different gameplay; I don't think adding a couple armour options is going to make Reach feel like COD. I'm betting it will still feel and play very much like Halo, just with a new twist.
