Bungie Weekly Update!
Hey I actually talk about the game in this one. In as much detail as I can get away with without being fired. Zomg! That is to say more detail than usual, but less than you want. Read it, absorb it like 2-ply bathroom tissue and enjoy it. Lots of new stuff coming up soon. You're going to like it.

Frankie, how you tese us all ! seriously I wish I could be there and see all the new developements in design and graphical tweeks ( I bet it's frikkin awsome to see all the new graphical additions added to the maps and levels). looking foward to drooling over those high res shots of the alpha build. might the scary bit involve the flood by any chance ?,lol. At some point I will be posting some of my halo fan art for the next competition you have lined up so if you see my work I hope you like it mate. oh and another great mister chief !

Or maybe the grunts haven't heard about the rebellion and still believe that the "Covenent" is still together. I bet thats whats gonna happen in halo 3 your still going to fight against Elites and Grunts and the rest of the team but only the ones that are on earth and haven't heard of the rebellion. Or maybe the rebellion with get silenced and we'll continue killing every type of alien!!!

I dont know if anyone has posted this already but the thing about the grunts doesnt sound as thought they are with the brutes. Frankie said "In that particular area, the only way forward, is through a very large crowd of angry Brutes and [b]for the moment, brave Grunts[/b]." this makes me think that the grunts are oging to meet a unfortunate death at the hands of the brutes.

Im glad they have lots of customization options! Hopefully they let you decide if you want it to be like halo 1 or halo 2. Since he did say it would please both fans. Just think a vehicle dammage option would be awesome! Warthog launching anyone?

Magazines are for people with money and no insecurities about the size of their thighs. That HUB looks attractive. Too bad I can't buy online. No credit card. Or money to begin with. Ha, ha. The game is probably more progressed than even the press was let on to. Did anyone else pay attention to the fact that Frankie said they played a "stripped down" multiplayer. Stripped down from what? On an update some time ago Frankie mentioned seeing graphics that were photorealistic in some places. Now dont get me wrong, the shots of the MP maps look sweet but not photorealistic. I think there will be more,graphically, than were being led on to.

My local newstand already had it I dont know how, thats why I said go out and check your newstands, he might have sold it early, if you dont believe me, when you do buy it just check if what I said was true. I want to tell you guys more of whats in the new EGM but I dont want to get in trouble for it, even though I shouldnt because i did purchase it, it wasnt my fault the newstand sold the mag early....right? I wanna talk about a whole bunch of stuff with you guys, am i seriously the first person to buy the mag? is there someone else out there that got it early and wants to talk about it? Wait until the new EGM ships? I bought the new issue 2 days ago. I live in New York City, so anyone here who lives in new york might wanna go out and check there local newstand. This issue is so sweet. I dont know if im allowed to talk about the mag since I know bungie wants people to go out and buy it, but lets just say.... I finally know what you guys meant by "brokeback" lol. Also if i can say without giving away too much info, "Door sheilds" Sounds awesome, maps with trap doors? sweet!, Needlers are no longer dual wieldable? (more powerful?), You can no longer carry 4 of each grenade, but only 2 now? =( makes me sad =P, I also like the section where they interview pros Lil Poison, Mary Jane PMS, and Team OGRE on what they want to be in Halo 3 and whether or not they get it, I like Mary Jane's idea about the Vision Camera (Go Buy the Mag to find out what im talking about), but yeah i guess i wont say anymore until I know its okay too. But definitely go out and buy the mag, its so sweet. [Edited on 11/4/2006]

Hey Frankie, will players have to buy different versions of the game(Halo 3) to be able to play the different difficuly levels? If you can shed some light on this it would help.

oh yeah ive been wondering......in a very very very old update...you said that you finally got to play single player levels and you were pinned in a litte crevice or something and you were talking about the superior AI becasue they used pincher moves with grunts in front an "something larger than grunts" behind you, does that mean that theres going to be some new covies?

Great Mister Chief.. it looks like the new Zanzibar map this I admit I have seen scans of... shame on me... but I might just go out and buy that EGM. It sounds like Halo 3 is going to own. I can't wait till I can do the same. Keep it real. I just can't wait till I see a full-res finished screen shot. I might just pee a little too.
