My Xbox has broken, again. As a result of this, I've been using my PS3 a little bit more, and I'm starting to think I might prefer Sony. Bungie's next game will be on the PlayStation, so I was wondering, from your experiences this gen, what will you use next time around?
-
Xbox for life.
-
Moving to Nintendo and PC most likely.

It helps to know what the new consoles are and what they're like.

I'm going PC. I'm looking forward to next gen consoles, but i still think that PC will yield the most superior results. [Edited on 12.30.2012 12:38 PM PST]

WiiU, for sure. Actually, I don't know.
-
Wii U and 720.
-
Well, I bought 360 mainly because of Halo 3, but now it's quite obvious that Halo has turned into crap, I don't know anymore. I have both consoles currently, and I use 360 more than PS3 mainly because most of my friends play on 360. I also prefer 360 controller over PS3's. But I'll wait and see, odds are I'll get whatever we decide to get with friends.

PC more than likely. Consoles are being destroyed by greedy publishers and companies like M$ wanting you to pay for everything possible. Yeah sure, the game costs $60, but after all of the DLC its about $80-100+, worst part is, is that a lot of the DLC is day one or locked on the disc, sorry but I own all of the contents on the disc, since I bought it. To top it all off all of the games are becoming too filthily casual.

I'm never buying another console again. Bought a gaming rig in July and haven't looked back. My rig will easily last through the next generation of consoles, and the community on PC is far superior to consoles. Wish I'd done it sooner, to be honest.
Posted by: ColdHoboKiller14 Probably xbox again. But I'm also considering getting a decent gaming pc.

Posted by: Sh1n1ng Wolf
Posted by: THElizzard01 This is the last gen of gaming I will ever participate in. Gaming is dead.
Awwww, don't say that.
Well.. Everything is kinda getting worse.
Posted by: jpgarcia6 I'm building a really high end PC soon (spending about $1600 on it) for gaming and visual effects. So I'll likely use that and Xbox. I'll also have a Wii U for the Nintendo exclusives. How long do gaming PCs tend to last?
Assuming you use new parts (like the 2011 socket motherboard for super high end processors) they can last up to 6 years I'd say. Either the Xbox 720, or I'll put that money into buying a good desktop.
-
All three eventually.
-
I have always loved Playstation more I had PS1,PS2, now PS3 so what do you think?
-
PC. I'm done with consoles.
-
PC master race
-
Microsoft, Sony, and Nintendo will be hard-pressed to be able to get me to move away from my PC.
-
I'm thinking a mixture of Xbox and PC, maybe Playstation if they get their online stuff sorted out.
-
None, I'm a PC fanboy that has come to be a condescending blam! to all of you with my "superior" knowledge. But seriously, I'll probably get the Nextbox, because of friends, investment into GT, teh Haloes, etc. Whether I get it at launch or at a later stage all depends on launch titles, of course.
Posted by: TwistedDippy666 Xbox, the playstation controller physically hurts my hands to use, also I want to keep my gt, account and game data.
This.

I'm sticking with Microsoft. A much better and more reliable service. It's also integrated with other devices of mine, Windows 8, Windows Phone 8, etc.
