•
Posted by: snip3r dud33 Theres a difference between being who you are, and being flamboyant and annoying. And I'm annoyed by anyone whos flamboyant about anything. Including hetero-blam!-s.
I'd argue you're not as tolerant as you think you are. About everything. Where do you draw the line? 'You can be whatever you want, as long as I don't have to know about it.'? 'You can be who you want as long as you only tell me, and don't express it.'? 'You can be who you want as long as you don't express it to the point it bothers me.'? How can you say you're ok with something if you can only tolerate it in moderation?

Mind warp.
Well I mean, at the same time, people don't seem to grasp the idea of fear either. Fear doesn't mean you would run away. It's related to discomfort, aversion. Either way, phobias also have a link to anxiety, which is basically uneasiness and dread. Logic says same-sex couples should have the same rights of marriage as everybody else, as America was founded on ideas of absolute equality. America was founded on Classical ideas, which derive from Ancient Greece, which is known to have been rather open to same-sex relationships. The debate of same-sex relationships is absolute proof of the dangers of ideologies. People are raised into something, and are taught to do things without reasoning. • No, and I don't think there is an argument for homophobia that can't be torn apart in seconds

 •
Posted by: Enemy of Godd
Posted by: SweetTRIX Not in the least, but i'm not above being irritated by people that feel the need to ram their -blam!--blam!-ity down others throats.
I don't understand this kind of logic. Sure, it's good that you're fine with people being -blam!-, but if you don't think they can't express themselves for who they are, can you really say you support it? Do you also get upset when women dress seductively or when guys work out a bunch and wear clothes to accentuate their physique? Those types of expression are deemed socially acceptable, and you probably don't even notice it. If you think being flamboyant is annoying, then you clearly don't think that being flamboyant is acceptable.
Theres a difference between being who you are, and being flamboyant and annoying. • Being afraid depends on the person. Why would I be scared of them when they aren't doing anything to me? If they gave a reason like they were gonna kill me than that's a different story.

I don't care if you don't like them, provided you can put your bigotry aside and realize they are still people and still deserve equal rights.
This x10

Nope.
