Blue Bars: Are they blue enough?
No doubt everyone appreciates the forum ranking system that was implemented years ago. Dark times indeed were the epochs before the great tier descended upon us and allowed us to climb out of the filth upon it's back, like a cool-toned ladder crafted of alien material and knowledge.
With no hesitation would I admit that everyone knew then how effective and flawless the system was, but now that Bungie is in the dark, it seems as if there is simply not enough light, so pure and bright, from above to illuminate the irridescent bars that we have brandished with pride.
It seems to this one that a new step needs to be added to this stool, if not only to reduce the crowding, as it's getting difficult to breathe. Perhaps something darker, as that is the nature of 7, with a bit more...[i]pop[/i].

Here's an idea. What about a touch of grey in the blue, you know, to symbolize our wisdom and such.

The blue bar is an external representation of their inner-self. Sure, they all act like they don't care cos' its cool and stuff, but they are more dependent on us than most average members would think; We are the only ones who grant them any real sense of status in this cold and lonely forum of like minded minions. They are fragile and should be treasured like a delicate flower. We should all hug a mythic. Let them know we care. On topic: A blue-er blue seems appropriate.

The mythic bar is fine, but purple would be nice.

Title bar should be #0000FF. Avatar should be the same. Text will be bold, italicized, all-caps, bright blue and glowing, and the background should be a fat, spread out picture of Eiffel 65.

I think they should be the same blue as the hyperlinks', and mythic text should be the same as the background color.

I like the idea of [url=http://content.provocraft.com/d/images/products/cricut/product/large/29-0466.jpg]ice blue[/url], though it doesn't really don't stand out. Sure, it would for a while, but it doesn't seem to have that same air of... seniority.

I've always wanted a green bar. I don't know why, since I generally despise the color green (aside from money, of course), but I just think a green bar would be kind of nice.

Some people are better than blue. They should be purple. OT, i'm all for it.

Like, a java applet that converts the lcd pixels into some kind of LED laser projector! You could also do face tracking with built in webcams for accuracy. Can you imagine how "MYTHIC" would look beamed straight on to your retinas! It would, however, only be applicable with the 1812 Overture playing from the speakers.
