Do snakes have butts?
At first, my friend asked this and I thought it was a stupid question.
But then come to think of it, where do they poop from?
And then suddenly, it's not so stupid.
I don't want to ask Google, because that's boring. Anyone know if snakes have butts?

I've always imagined snakes to be like magical socks that whole animals get sucked into and get teleported into a land of happiness and chocolate.

About 3/4 of the way down a snakes body there is a hole, that's where it poos from. If your skinning a snake you can start at the hole.

Anyone know if snakes have butts?[/quote] Reptiles have a single hole called a cloaca where they piss, -blam!-, and -blam!- from. It's typically clamped shut so it's hard to see. But yeah, I've got two pet Leopard Geckos and know reptilian anatomy fairly well. It's weird, but it used to be so common among animals that we're technically weird.
