Dear USNC High Command, Captain Veronica Dare is unfit for command, and I demand her immediate resignation of her comission from the USNC. Captain Veronica Dare recklessly endangered the lives of several highly trained Orbital Drop Shock Troopers with a mission which was never clarified. Her last minute alterations to the Troopers drop pods resulted in a 7 hour combat search and rescue mission sustaining heavy friendly casualties. Had she initially briefed the Drop team on their objectives the mission would have been completed several hours prior with optimal success. Captain Dare is also sighted with fratinization with an subordinante enlisted operator and the unprovoked physical assault on the same operator, Gunnery Sgt Edward Buck. This act of assault was witnessed by myself R08Y aka "Rookie" and a covenant engineer named "virgil" After the unprovoked assault Captain Dare then proceeded to make out with Gunnery Sgt Buck while we were still inside a bugger hive and charged with the protection and extraction of a tier one asset. Captain Dare is a woman unable to control her emotions and her knee jerk reactions and poor decision making abilities make her an extreme liability in the field. I therefor formally request her formal resignation from the USNC and ONI before her recklessness and lack of emotional control make her a liability to more USNC personnel.
