Do you consider Combat Engineers to be Pogs?
They're not infantry but do occasionally do infantry-related work, so what is your opinion on that MOS?

Not really. When we trained with them, they were training to use bulldozers while we did maneuvers around them working. The implication is that they were literally building bridges with bullets zinging by... And Pog (pr P-Oh-G's) are the subhuman soldiers that won't see combat. So, some of the guys like cooks, sanitation etc... are considered pogs.

The royal engineers, operate as often as infantry in the same zones as them, but they have other tasks as well, like building a bridge under combat conditions. I'd say in terms of the danger of their jobs and their usefulness, the engineers trump infantry.

Yep. I give them credit though as they're Combat oriented vs the super pogs (admin etc). Still, nothing beats good ol infantry.

I always thought people that were actually in combat weren't considered pogs, combat arms or whatever. Maybe they're pogs, but they're not super-pogs?
