There was a Bionicle game for the PS1 or PS2 where you played as the Toa-Toa Nuva. You battled Rakshi and the little ball guys. The last level consisted of surfing on lava and battling the white Rakshi. Then there was that Matoan PC rpg game. ... My Nostalgia bar just broke. [Edited on 10.06.2012 10:40 AM PDT]

Some sidescrolling game where you play as a kid (who is actually just imagining everything in his back yard) and you have to jump over stuff and avoid falling into the black liquid. Yeah I don't know what it's called.

Lego Racing and Spider-Man for the N64, those were pretty damn fun. Does Sonic Heroes count as obscure? I remember renting that game and being addicted to it for a while.
