As for the challenge, guessing at Bungie Lore won't be enough. We want to see your problem solving mojo. Team up if you will, but a winner is just a guesser without documentation of how they solved the puzzle.

Yes it has been, I was out looking at houses all day with my wife and trying very hard to keep up with the hints and stay one step ahead, which is very hard when you're trying to check the forums PMs on your phone and trace stuff with paper and ruler while convincing your wife that you're paying attention while house shopping....

No, I can save you the time of re-drawing those lines. I do not believe that is the correct answer. Unless you've managed to skip a step. (If a split victory could be accepted by David/Bungie I would gladly bring you up to speed to my current progress. But having been awake nearly a day trying to solve this puzzle I would like to keep my current progress to myself. But I will try to save you the trouble of redoing incorrect implementations). I think when one of us still attempting this considers the correct final step it won't be questionable. It will also help that we know the answer... last week I had bit.ly/rdyLk because my program cut off the last bit of the P. But wasn't able to confer with David before someone else found the answer. But the fact that the link came out clearly was proof to me that I had at least done that step right.

I think since the answer has been found to be Per Audacia Ad Astra, there will be 0 left over letters not some extra latin word/english word. He incorrectly labeled my answer as correct as simply Per Audacia Ad Astra with no additions.[/quote] Right, so I'm trying to figure out how to manipulate the letters and numbers to get what I need while staying within the rules of the game. I'll redo the picture once more, and see what comes of it.

The solutions from previous weeks were very concise provided you knew the method. Your solution still ignores the left over letters. There is also a step I personally know you are missing at least based on your discussion. Just assume you do not know the answer. (Or don't try to make the problem fit the answer) It won't make it any easier necessarily but that will be one less thing to think about. And you will just know you've solve it when something obvious points to "Per Audacia Ad Astra"

This puzzle is really tricky. You really don't know what to focus on and what not to focus on. The numbers, letters, and pictures have relevance to the proof that it is "Per Audacia Ad Astra," but knowing how it all connects is just headache-inducing.

We think "To the stars and beyond", DeeJ says "See you starside", Google Translate says "By daring to the stars..." I think it just means "In SPAAAAAAAAAAACE."
